For whom is reqSuite® rm the right tool?
reqSuite® rm is designed for companies of all sizes and industries that want to make their handling of requirements and related artifacts such as test cases, risks and solution concepts more efficient and sustainable. reqSuite® rm is particularly suitable for innovative SMEs that develop technically sophisticated products, as well as for public
authorities, municipal utilities, utility companies and innovation teams in large corporations.
What effort do I have to expect for the implementation and is it even worth it?
The implementation of reqSuite® rm is uncomplicated and quick. Within a few weeks, we work with you to adapt the software to your needs and train all users. The effort for your team is minimal: approx. 4 hours per week are completely sufficient.
The benefits of reqSuite® rm far outweigh this minimal effort. Starting with around 150 requirements per project, there are significant efficiency gains compared to the use of Word, Excel, wikis or ticket systems
What support and service do you offer?
As our customer, you automatically benefit from our Premium Service. This means you receive personal support to help you optimize your requirements management and make it more efficient. In addition to initial onboarding and technical support, our services also include
weekly consultation hours with our experts, an extensive training platform and much more.
While onboarding is billed as a one-off service, our Premium Service is already included in the subscription price or maintenance fee.
What does the license model look like?
With reqSuite® rm, you have the choice between a one-off purchase plus maintenance or a subscription that includes all updates and support. We offer licenses for both named and floating users. Most of our customers use a combination of both. The smallest license package includes 2 fixed and 3 floating licenses. Read-only licenses are free of charge.
Is there a free trial version?
No. The success and benefits of a requirements management tool depend heavily on how it is tailored to the specific needs of your organization. A standard trial version that is not tailored to your needs therefore makes little sense. However, you can pilot a solution
individually configured by our experts without obligation before the productive rollout.
